Most of my work is representational and figurative, though with a more abstract feel, and freer use of planes of colour than in the past.
Recently I have been interested in a Ram’s skull as a subject. I have explored the fine bony structure of the head and the curves and textures of the horns in drawings. This has led to my interpreting the skull in various ways and mediums. It has become a rich source of ideas for painting and printmaking
